For any privacy-related question, you can contact us at the address shown on the home page or via the site's public contact form.

We collect only the data strictly necessary to run the service, in particular your email address, your password encrypted via our authentication provider, as well as the profile information associated with your account.

If you use Google sign-in, we may receive from Google your email address, your public name and, depending on your Google settings, your profile picture.

If you connect an AI tool to CreaFlow (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor…), we record the actions it performs on your account (tool used, request sent, result, credits used) for support, billing and security. These logs are kept for 90 days. We never receive your conversations with the tool.

This data is used to create and secure your account, sign you into the application, provide CreaFlow AI's features, respond to your support requests and prevent abuse.

Processing is based on performing the service requested by the user, as well as our legitimate interest in securing the platform, improving the product and handling support.

We retain data for as long as your account remains active or as long as necessary to meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent fraud.

Some data may be processed by our technical subcontractors, in particular for authentication, hosting, transactional email delivery, billing and technical monitoring.

CreaFlow AI uses cookies and technical storage necessary for authentication, session persistence, audience measurement and the proper functioning of the application.

We also use the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. In that context your email address may be sent to Meta in hashed form (an irreversible fingerprint), together with your subscription amount, so that a purchase can be matched to an ad. You can object to this processing at any time by contacting us: we will then stop any transmission concerning you.

• Public information about ads: creative content, images, videos, dates, advertiser identifiers
• When browsing an e-commerce site, public and technical information about the site: domain name, e-commerce platform used, links to public social networks and public product catalogue
• Extension usage logs (clicks, navigation)

• Display saved ads in your personal space
• Associate usage with your account
• Detect e-commerce sites and enrich our brand database for competitive analysis
• Improve the extension and provide support

Storage and security:

• Data is hosted securely via hosting providers compliant with industry standards.
• The data collected is used solely to operate and improve our services. It is not shared with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, as well as, depending on your situation, restriction of or objection to processing. You can also delete your account from the application when it offers this feature.
