- Create a video adAsk Flow for a video in the style you want: it writes the script, you edit it to your liking, you approve the characters and then the storyboard, both free, and it animates and edits the video. The edit can then be adjusted live, for free.

- Find my creatives in the StudioAll your creatives in one place: sorting, product filter, download and trash.
- Download my creativesOne by one, as a selection or as a ZIP. On the free plan, downloading is reserved for subscribers.
- Edit a creative in the editorText, images, shapes, background: edit your creatives for free, with no limit.
- The editor's AI assistantSay in one sentence what you want changed: the assistant does it, and shows you its plan before touching the image.

- How credits workOne creative = 10 credits. The rest (analysis, CreaSpy, edits) is free.
- What the free plan includes30 free credits, given once, to test on your brand. Downloading is reserved for subscribers.
- Plans and pricingStarter, Growth or Creascale: more or fewer credits, brands and tracked competitors, and videos in every plan.
- Change or cancel my subscriptionEverything happens in Settings › Subscription & credits. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
- My invoicesSettings › Subscription & credits › “My invoices”: all your invoices, ready to download.
Account and support
- Change the languageThe app language is changed in Settings; the language of your ad text, when you generate.
- Use CreaFlow on your phoneOn a phone: FlowAI, generation, cloning and Studio. The editor requires a computer.
- Delete my accountSettings › Advanced settings › “Delete my account”. Your subscription stops right away.
- Contact supportFlow answers right away; for everything else, WhatsApp or the chat bubble.
