1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of subscriptions to the CreaFlow AI service, available online at creaflowai.fr. They apply to every subscription, to the exclusion of any other document. Subscribing means accepting them in full.
2. What the service does
CreaFlow AI is an online ad-creative generation service. It analyses a brand, its products, its customer reviews and the ads publicly visible in its niche, then produces creatives from those inputs. The service is provided as is, as access to a web application, with no physical delivery.
3. Account and eligibility
An account is required. You warrant that the information provided is accurate and remain solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. An account is personal: it may be neither shared nor resold.
4. Price and currency
Prices are shown on the pricing page, in euros or dollars depending on the detected currency. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of subscription. A price change never applies retroactively to a running subscription. Konow operates under the French VAT exemption scheme: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Displayed prices are therefore net of tax.
A promo code can reduce the price of a subscription. It is entered at checkout; its conditions (eligible plans, length of the discount, eligible customers) are those given with the code, and the discount only applies for the stated period.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. No card data passes through or is stored on our servers. The subscription is charged in advance, at subscription and then on each renewal.
If a charge fails, several attempts are made automatically. If none succeeds, access to paid features is suspended until the situation is resolved; the account and its content are kept.
6. Credits
Each subscription grants a volume of credits per billing period. Credits are used to generate and edit visuals and videos; their cost is shown in the app before each action.
Credits have no monetary value, are neither exchangeable nor refundable in cash, and cannot be transferred to a third party.
A subscriber can buy extra credits (top-up). They are added to the subscription's credits, are not reset at renewal and remain usable as long as the subscription is active, then for 30 days after it ends. A new subscription taken out within that period keeps them; otherwise, unused top-up credits are removed.
7. Term, renewal and cancellation
The subscription runs for the chosen period, monthly or annual, and renews automatically for an identical term.
You can end it at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: access stays open until that date, with no further charge afterwards.
8. Right of withdrawal
The service is digital content supplied immediately after subscription. Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by subscribing you expressly request immediate performance and thereby waive your fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
This waiver does not stop you from trying the service: a permanent free plan, with no card required, lets you judge the result before paying anything.
9. Ownership of generated creatives
The visuals you generate belong to you and can be used commercially, with no time limit, including after your subscription ends.
You remain responsible for how they are used: claims, mandatory disclosures in your sector, rights of the people depicted and respect for third-party trademarks. The service works on the structure of an ad, never on reproducing a competitor's visual identically.
10. Availability
The service is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or because of a third-party provider. A prolonged interruption attributable to the service gives entitlement to a goodwill gesture for the period concerned.
11. Liability
The service is a production tool: it guarantees no commercial result, no advertising performance and no approval by any third-party ad platform. The publisher's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid over the last twelve months.
12. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint must first be sent in writing to the contact address given in the legal notice. Failing a solution within thirty days, a consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator below.
The European online dispute resolution platform is also available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute is brought before the competent courts; a consumer keeps the right to bring the matter before the court of their place of residence.
14. Changes
These terms may change. The version applicable to a subscription is the one in force when it was taken out; any substantial change is notified by email before it takes effect and gives a right to cancel free of charge.
