FlowAI, your creative director

FlowAI is the app's home page. You chat with Flow as you would with a creative director: it knows your brand (its colors, its fonts, its logo), your products and your competitors, and it can see the creatives you generated with it.

    What you can ask it

    • Ad ideas: Flow proposes creative cards (as many as you ask for, up to 6 per reply).
    • A creative with your own text: give it as is, and Flow uses it word for word.
    • Its opinion on an angle, a hook or a creative.
    • Ads from your niche or from your competitors, for inspiration or to clone.
    • To clone an ad, image or video: send it the image, or click “Clone” under an ad it shows you. The “Clone” buttons in CreaSpy, in the extension and on shared links also bring you here, in a new conversation.
    • To edit a creative that's already generated: it prepares the edit in the editor.
    • A video ad or a carousel (paid plans; up to 30 seconds on Starter), in the style and length you want, with or without a voice-over: it writes the script, which you can edit, then proposes a free storyboard before animating it. Once the video is finished, it also prepares a new edit (subtitles, on-screen text, music) that you apply for free (see Create a video ad).
    • Questions about CreaFlow: credits, subscription, invoices, where to find a button.

    Creative cards

Each card is a future creative. Click it to change the headline, the subheadline, the other text (paragraph, badge, price…), the call to action, the product (or none), the format, the scene, the set colors or your logo. A card imposes no colors, unless you ask Flow for some: tick “Set colors” to dress the backgrounds, blocks and buttons in your brand colors. Any text on a card is written word for word on the creative; a card can also have no text at all. Flow reviews your changes. The “Generate” button shows the number of creatives and their cost (10 credits per creative). Your creatives appear under the cards, each with its label (V1, V2…) and the angle of its card, and in your Studio. Click a creative to see it full size: from there, you download it (with a paid plan, as in the Studio) or open it in the editor.

    Edit a creative

Tell Flow what you want to change on a generated creative: fix the logo, add some text, change a color, a detail in the image. It looks at the creative, tells you what it's going to change and shows an “Edit in the editor” button. The editor opens on that creative, with the instruction already sent to its assistant, which shows you its plan and its cost before you approve. Exact text or an exact logo is placed there as a layer, without being redrawn. On a phone, where the editor isn't available, Flow offers you a new version instead.

    Your logo

Flow places the logo from your brand profile. If you've never uploaded one, it shows you the one found on your site so you can confirm it's the right one (or choose between two). Once it's confirmed, or if you send it your logo file, Flow saves it to your profile: it's then used for your creatives and in the editor.

    Attach things

    • The “+” button adds an image or a competitor you follow. An image can be your logo, an art direction to follow (your own ads, for example), a person, an object or a creative to fix: tell Flow what it is, and it uses it accordingly.
    • The “Products” button picks the products to use (up to 12 per message), without taking up room in your text.
    • Up to 3 images per message (JPEG, PNG or WebP).

    Cloning in Flow

You can clone up to 10 image ads at a time, or a single video. For each ad, say whether your product replaces theirs, add a brief or what to avoid, then choose the format. With a video, Flow watches it and proposes the same one for your brand. A clone started with a “Clone” button doesn't count toward your messages.

    Included messages

    • Free plan: 10 messages in total.
    • Paid plans: 50 messages per day.

A message Flow couldn't answer isn't counted. If you stop a reply before it starts to appear, the message is given back to you.

    Your conversations

They're stored in the left-hand menu, under FlowAI. You can rename them, delete them or organize them into folders. To start from scratch, click “New conversation”.

Flow never touches your account (purchase, cancellation, deletion): it shows you the right button.
