Delete my account

Before you delete

• Just want to stop paying? Cancel your subscription instead: you keep your account and your creatives, and you go back to the free plan at the end of the paid period.
• Download the creatives you want to keep.
• Download your invoices (“My invoices”): you won't have access to them afterwards.

Delete your account

1. Open Settings › “Advanced settings”.
2. Click “Delete my account”.
3. Type your email address to confirm.

What happens

• Your subscription stops right away, without waiting for the end of the paid period.
• You lose access to the account and to your creatives.
• Your brands, your products, your editor library and your CreaSpy ads are erased, and the ad links you shared stop working.

This can't be undone. You can sign up again with the same email address, on a brand-new account.
