The partner program rewards you for spreading the word about CreaFlow: a commission on every subscription you bring, and free subscription months for every customer who stays.
Become a partner
- Open Settings → Referral and click Apply to become a partner.
- Once your application is accepted, your referral link shows up in the same place, with your promo code if you have one.
- Share your link: every subscription taken through it is credited to you.
When you become a partner, you also get free credits, valid for 1 month, to try CreaFlow and prepare your content. They are given only once, and never in place of a running subscription: if you already subscribe, your subscription doesn't change.
You track and get paid your commission from your partner space, through the Manage my payouts link.
Free months
On top of your commission, every customer you bring earns you subscription months:
- 1st customer: nothing yet;
- 2nd to 9th customer: 1 month of Growth per customer;
- from the 10th customer: 1 month of Creascale for each Growth or Creascale customer (a Starter customer always earns 1 month of Growth).
A customer counts once they stay: at the 2nd payment of their monthly subscription, or 45 days after paying for a yearly subscription. Moving up to a more expensive plan doesn't count as a 2nd payment. A customer counts only once, even if they cancel and come back.
These don't count: a refunded customer or one whose payment is disputed, your own account, or a customer who pays with the same card as you or as another of your customers. If a customer is refunded before you've activated their month, that month is removed.
Your confirmed customers, your available months and how many customers you still need before Creascale months are shown in Settings → Referral.
Activate a month
The months you earn wait for you: nothing starts without you. Click Activate a month whenever you want to use one. A Creascale month goes first if you have one.
- Without a subscription: you get the plan for 30 days, with its credits. At the end, you get back your previous plan and balance; unused credits from the month are lost, your top-up credits stay.
- With a subscription: your subscription doesn't change and you pay as usual. The credits of the month you earned are added to your balance and follow the same rules as top-up credits.
An activated month is yours, even if the customer who unlocked it cancels later.
The rules
- One month at a time: you can chain them, activating the next one when the previous one is over.
- Up to 12 months activated over 12 months.
- A month you don't activate expires 12 months after you earned it.
- Months can't be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
- If you leave the program or are excluded from it, your months not yet activated are lost.
