Switch brands or add one
The “Your brands” switcher, at the top of the screen, lists your brands. Click “Add a brand”: Flow guides you just as it did for your first brand.
Number of brands by plan:
- Free plan: 1 brand
- Starter: 1 brand
- Growth: 3 brands
- Creascale: 20 brands
Once you reach the limit, the button opens the plans.
Edit your brand
In FlowAI, open “My brand”: your brand sits in the center, with its sections all around it. Click a bubble: its section opens in a panel on the right (full screen on a phone). Click the bubble again, or the cross, to close it.
- “Brand summary”: what the AI knows about your brand (see below).
- “Products” (“Visuals” for an offer with no physical product): your catalog, each product can be edited on its own.
- “Identity”: your name, category, logo and colors.
- “Competitors”: the brands you follow; “Add” searches for a brand or suggests some, without leaving the panel.
“Characters” and “Rules” are coming soon. The site address, however, can't be changed after the analysis.
Without a website, “Brand summary”, “Identity” and “Competitors” offer to add your website: its analysis is what fills them.
Your brand summary
It's what the AI knows about your brand: what you sell, to whom, your selling points, your tone. Flow and all your creatives read it. The analysis of your website writes it. Without a website, the AI relies on the description you gave when creating your brand, and the bubble offers to add your website.
Click the “Brand summary” bubble: the text is shown as is. Edit it freely, then click “Save”. It can't be empty and holds at most 40,000 characters. Until you save, your changes stay in your browser.
Once you have edited it, a new analysis of your website no longer replaces it without asking you.
Delete a brand
In the brand switcher, click the trash icon, choose the brand, then confirm. Your finished creatives stay for 30 days in Settings › “Past creations”.
You can't delete a brand while it's being analyzed. On the free plan, a brand that has been analyzed can no longer be deleted: you need a paid plan to manage several brands.
