My store or website analysis failed

When the analysis doesn't go through, Flow tells you and gives you three options: “Try again”, “Use another link” or “Continue without a website”.

    Your site has a password

If your site is locked behind a password (a Shopify store that isn't open yet, for example), Flow tells you: it can't read it. Remove the password or open your site to the public, then click “Try again”.

    Other causes

    • A typo in the address: check the link, or simply paste the address of your home page.
    • Your site blocks automated visits: some sites (firewall, bot protection) won't let us read them.
    • Your site isn't responding: it's down or very slow at that moment. Try again a little later.

Tip: open your link in a private browsing window. If it doesn't load for you, it won't load for us either.

    Still not working

Click “Continue without a website”: you add your product by hand (name and photos) and create your ads right away.

You can also message support with your site link: we'll take a look.

    Free plan limit

On the free plan, you get 1 brand analysis per day. A failed analysis doesn't count. If you've hit the limit, try again the next day or move to a paid plan.

    Frequently asked questions

My site works fine for me, so why does the analysis fail?

Some sites refuse automated visits (bot protection, firewall) even though they load normally for a visitor. Try again, or continue without a website and add your product by hand.

Does a failed analysis cost me credits?
